Return and Refund Policy
Machined Products
- All of our products are machined to your order specification and cannot be refunded once machined, as per the Consumers Rights Act 2015.
- Return of undamaged goods will be accepted at our sole discretion.
Damaged Goods in Transit:
- If your order arrives damaged, please print 'DAMAGED' on the delivery note or packaging before accepting or rejecting it.
- Only replacement will be done on the damaged goods and liable subject to the insurance claim.
IMPORTANT:
We cannot arrange collection for unconditionally returned items due to insurance reasons.
Cancellation and Returns:
- Machined-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded once processed.
- Refunds for canceled orders are subject to £35 Admin charge.
- The shipment cost shall not be refunded once the order is dispatched.
Please be aware that any goods that have been ‘used’ (altered, painted, cut, installed) will be deemed as having been accepted by you and will not be eligible for refund. Refunds are processed upon return and may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account. An order canceled due to any reason is subject to £35 admin charges.
Transport Costs and Liabilities:
- Customers are liable for transport costs on canceled orders once dispatched.
- If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost. Failure to return goods incurs liability for costs.
- We are not obligated to collect, but if we do, costs are payable by you.
Quality Issues and Special Orders:
- Notify us of quality issues within 24 hours.
- Please note solid wood (walnut, oak, pine) skirting board, architrave and plinth blocks have their materials specially sourced for each order and specially cut and profiled and are therefore classed as a made-to-order item and are not eligible to return for a refund.
