Return and Refund Policy

ALL PRODUCTS ARE MACHINED TO ORDER AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED ONCE MACHINED.

For all returns, except when the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the collection and return of the items to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. All returned items will incur a flat charge of 50%  Restocking charge and a £35 Admin charge that will be deducted from your final refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of undamaged and resaleable goods. This same policy applies to cancelled orders if the goods have been made.
