Delivery Information
We understand that for most people, a confirmed delivery date is essential to avoid taking priority over more important things in life. With this in mind, we offer several options for the delivery of your order. Below are the options that are available during the checkout process. Our delivery costs are determined by the weight of your order. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND.
Standard and Free Delivery Options
Standard Delivery 5-7 working days (Delivery slot 8:00 – 18:00)
Available to all UK mainland addresses. With this service, you can request a weekday delivery date of your preference in the message box (excluding weekends and bank holidays), from a minimum of 5 working days, including 1 day from when you place your order for order processing. If no preference is given, your order will automatically be processed for delivery in -5-7 working days’, This will be confirmed to you in an e-mail. Delivery dates can be pushed back up to 24 hours before the delivery is due to take place. Chosen delivery dates are upheld where possible. In the circumstance where this can’t be adhered to, a member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a new convenient day for you.
We advise all customers not to book a fitter for your skirting board until you have received delivery and you are happy with your order. Please note that as we use a third-party courier, we will dispatch goods on time to arrive as advertised; however, we accept that we may not in ever case be able to deliver within the time specified and cannot take any responsibility for such situations. Free delivery is available on orders over £250+ VAT on standard delivery.
Express Delivery – 2-3 working days (Delivery slot 8:00 – 18:00)
Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Please note: The day of the order is not counted in this period. If an order is placed on a Monday 1st then Tuesday 2nd is day 1, and Monday 8th of the following week is day 5. Available to all UK mainland addresses. We advise all customers not to book a fitter for your skirting board until you have received delivery and you are happy with your order. Please note that as we use a third-party courier, we will dispatch goods on time to arrive as advertised; however, we accept that we may not in every case be able to deliver within the time specified and cannot take any responsibility for such situations.

Please Note
The delivery schedule is upheld wherever possible, and deliveries are typically completed between 8 am – 5:30 pm Delivery is to a ground-floor location, access permitting, and is a one-man, curb-side only delivery. Please note – due to this being a one-man service, larger items may require additional assistance to help the driver unload. Your order will be delivered by a selected courier service. The couriers are unable to call prior to delivering your items.
Delivery Method
Every order is delivered by a specially chosen courier. Each method of transport is fully equipped to handle all of our products. It is your responsibility to advise us of any vehicle access issues or restrictions to the property that may affect delivery. We currently provide delivery for 90% of the UK, with the rest soon to follow.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
We cannot confirm the exact delivery time, Deliveries are typically made between 8:00 – 6:00. When your goods are delivered, please ensure to check the condition of your purchase and sign if you are 100% satisfied. If your goods arrive damaged, please make sure to note that when accepting the delivery and contact our sales office on 01384 265395, and we will make sure to resolve any disputes quickly and efficiently. You will be asked to email some pictures of your skirting boards so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. All deliveries must be checked for damages and shortages before they are signed for. We can only replace goods that are signed for as damaged, damage claims will not be considered if they are made more than 24 hours after delivery.
If you are quite happy for the courier to leave your goods in a safe place if there is no one in to accept the delivery, please ensure these instructions are passed onto the sales office or by leaving a note on your order when placing it. All deliveries that are made without a signature are done so at the risk of the buyer, We cannot process any claim with our delivery partners for damages without a signature on delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery address on the agreed date of delivery. If you do not advise us that you will not be in and no alternative arrangements have been made, the goods will be left without signature in a safe place (we will not be held responsible for any damages in this instance) or returned to the local delivery depot for re-delivery. ANY RE-DELIVERY CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Please note that once the goods have been delivered and we establish there is a POD from the courier, we cannot entertain claims. Claims of non-delivery or POD disputes can be raised by emailing a letter of complaint to info@skirting4Less.co.uk, which we will forward to our courier for a detailed response.
