All delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. Please note: we do not deliver to Northern Ireland.
🚚 Delivery Options
Standard Delivery (5–7 Working Days)
Delivery window: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Available across all UK mainland addresses.
- Orders over £250 + VAT qualify for FREE delivery.
- Orders under £250 are charged £29.99 + VAT.
- We do not offer guaranteed or selectable delivery dates at checkout.
- Delivery date requests can be made via phone or email and will be accommodated where possible.
- Orders are processed within 1 working day, with delivery typically within 5–7 working days.
- Our team will contact you if any scheduling adjustments are required.
Important: While we aim to meet all selected delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to third-party couriers. Our team will contact you if any changes are required.
Express Delivery (2–3 Working Days)
Delivery window: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Fast delivery within 2–3 working days (order day not included).
- £59.99 + VAT
- Available to most UK mainland locations.
Exclusions: Some postcode areas may experience delays or cancellations:

Fast Delivery (3–5 Working Days)
Delivery window: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Reliable mid-range delivery option within 3–5 working days.
- £39.99 + VAT
- Same postcode exclusions apply as Express Delivery.
🏴 Scotland Delivery Options
For orders delivered to Scotland, the following rates apply:
Standard Delivery (6–9 Working Days)

Fast Delivery (4–6 Working Days)
- £49.99 + VAT
📦 Delivery Details
- Deliveries are typically completed between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- All deliveries are kerbside (curb-side) and one-man service only.
- Large or heavy items may require assistance for unloading.
- Couriers are unable to call ahead before delivery.

- Delivery is to ground-floor access only, where possible.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any access restrictions.
- We currently cover 90% of UK mainland locations, with ongoing expansion.
✅ On Delivery – What You Need to Do
- Inspect your order carefully before signing.
- If goods are damaged, sign as “damaged” and notify us immediately.
- Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours and supported with photos.
Note: Claims cannot be processed if goods are signed as received in good condition.
📍 Missed Deliveries & Safe Place Instructions
- If you won’t be available, provide safe place instructions at checkout.
- Deliveries left without a signature are at the customer’s risk.
- Failed deliveries may result in re-delivery charges, payable by the customer.
