Q. What kind of material do you work with?
A. We use MR MDF for all of our skirting boards and architraves to provide a clean finish on both primed and unprimed orders. This means that the boards are not only moisture resistant but also higher in density, also referred to as ‘HDF.’

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. At checkout, you may choose from a choice of delivery options; our normal delivery time is
5 to 10 working days.

Q. How will I know when my order will be delivered?
A. When placing your order, make sure to include a working phone number and email address, as we will send you both an email and a text confirmation of your delivery.

Q. What should I use to fit my skirting board?
A. Skirting boards can be put in a variety of ways, but we recommend using a grab adhesive and pinning where necessary.

Q. Can you make a skirting board with a certain pattern?
A. Our tool manufacturing department can match or create any profile needed; if you need to duplicate an existing skirting or architrave, please contact our skilled sales staff for assistance.

Q. Can I make changes to an order that has already been processed?
A. Yes, an order can be added to as long as it hasn’t been sent yet; if it has, any extra items requested will be handled as a separate order.
